Dr. Allen’s journey in medicine began at the University of Pittsburgh, where she earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Neuroscience and Sociology with a minor in Chemistry. She then pursued her medical education at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by a rigorous general surgery residency at HCA Florida Kendall Hospital. There, she was honored as Intern of the Year and received outstanding training in trauma, minimally invasive, and acute care surgery.
As a proud member of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Breast Surgeons, Dr. Allen remains at the forefront of innovative surgical techniques. She is also passionate about mentoring future medical professionals and actively participates in teaching medical students and surgical residents.

Dr. Weinstein is a dedicated general surgeon with extensive experience and a passion for advancing surgical techniques. After earning his medical degree from the State University of New York, Health Science Center at Brooklyn, he completed his residency at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York from 1993 to 1998. Dr. Weinstein is Board Certified in General Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has a passion for teaching and enjoys mentoring medical students as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Nova Southeastern University’s Dr. Kirin Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine. Additionally, he is part of the core faculty for the HCA East Florida Division GME in the Westside/Northwest General Surgery Residency Program. Dr. Weinstein's dedication to resident training has been recognized by being awarded Teaching Faculty of the Year.
Since starting his practice in Plantation, FL in 1998, Dr. Weinstein has taken a great interest in breast cancer diagnosis and treatment, demonstrating a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes. He performs his own minimally invasive breast biopsies utilizing both ultrasound and mammographic techniques. In 2012, he embraced innovative surgical practices by incorporating robotic surgery into his repertoire. He has successfully performed over 2,000 robotic operations, including inguinal and ventral hernia repairs, gallbladder removal, and a variety of other procedures.
Currently serving as the Chief of Surgery at HCA Florida University Hospital , Dr. Weinstein has demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to patient care. Previously, he held the position of Chief of Staff and Chief of Surgery at HCA Florida Westside Hospital where he advocated for staff and patient needs. With a long-standing membership on the Medical Executive Committee at both facilities, Dr. Weinstein has contributed significantly to shaping hospital policies and improving surgical practices, ensuring the highest standards of care for patients.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Weinstein cherishes spending quality time with his wife and two children, often exploring new destinations together. His dedication to his patients and family drives his passion for surgery and his love for life.

Dr. Doty has been dedicated to compassionate and cutting edge care of his patients for over 20 years. His medical training took place at Boston University School of Medicine, the Medical College of Virginia for surgical residency, and Cleveland Clinic of Weston for a colorectal fellowship. He is certified in both general and colorectal surgery staying
at the forefront of current surgical practices. Dr. Doty brings a unique approach to the care of his patients because he is also an ordained pastor through the Church of God, Anderson, IN. This unique combination allows him to provide a holistic approach in
caring for his patients through healing in both body and spirit.
Dr. Doty’s training as a surgeon and pastor is enhanced by his personal experience in walking with his wife through her brain cancer diagnosis several years ago. In that process, he witnessed the power of combining medical science with faith as God, the Great Physician, brought her miraculous healing. In Dr. Doty’s free time, he enjoys DIY projects, bringing bags of hope to the homeless, and being the most fun-loving Gampy’ he can be to his grandkids!
